Version 1.0, October 11, 2026. This document is for information purposes only, describes a standard delivery and does not constitute an offer. The scope of work and terms are set out in the contract.
1. n7kel Vakhta delivery options
| Parameter | Autonomous installation | Hybrid option |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting | n7kel on-site unit and server with dashboard, analytics and archive — on the client’s hardware, in the client’s network | On-site units at the sites; the server in a data center in the client’s country |
| External connections | None; data does not leave the company | Only an outbound secure connection from the on-site units to the server |
| Vendor access to data | None; access to equipment only at the client’s decision | Processing on the client’s instructions under the contract; every access is logged |
| Right of use | Perpetual license: paid once, unlimited term | Subscription: monthly fee per camera and per checkout |
| Support and updates | Annual technical support and updates under contract | Included in the subscription |
| If support is not renewed | The installed version keeps working; new versions are not provided | The subscription ends under the terms of the contract |
| Suited to | Organizations that require everything in-house: banks, fuel networks, industry, healthcare | Networks that prefer a monthly fee and maintenance by the vendor |
2. License scope
- the number of cameras connected to analysis;
- the number of checkouts in the Fuel Station Checkout module;
- the set of modules: post occupancy, PPE and hazardous zones, staff identification, Fuel Station Checkout, workplace actions, auxiliary condition assessment, wanted-list checks (only under the client’s agreement with government authorities) and others;
- the hardware to which the license is bound;
- the term — under the contract, including perpetual.
Expansion — adding cameras, checkouts, sites or modules — is formalized by an amendment to the contract and a new license.
3. What the license does not transfer
3.1. A license, including a perpetual one, is a right of use, not a sale of the product. The source code and exclusive rights to the software, n7kel AI and documentation are not transferred and remain with the rights holder.
3.2. The license is signed and bound to the client’s hardware — it does not work on another machine. n7kel AI is delivered encrypted and can be unlocked only by the license of a specific on-site unit; the on-site unit software is delivered compiled, without source code.
3.3. Transfer to other hardware (for example, when a server is replaced) is carried out in agreement with the rights holder, with a new license issued.
4. Terms of use
The contract prohibits:
- reverse engineering, decompilation and attempts to extract n7kel AI and its settings;
- circumventing, disabling or modifying licensing and protection mechanisms;
- transferring the software to hardware not covered by the contract;
- copying, distributing or transferring the platform or its parts to third parties;
- use for purposes not provided for by the contract and the client’s internal policy.
The contract also defines the procedure for access to equipment, the storage of key fingerprints for independent evidence verification and the destruction of the storage device upon termination of the contract.
5. What the price consists of
The price is set out in a commercial proposal following the site survey, which also states its validity period. The client may use its own server hardware that meets the requirements.
