Website privacy policy
How the n7kel website handles visitor data. In short: the website sets no cookies, uses no counters or analytics, and inquiries are accepted only by e-mail and phone.

1. Data controller
1.1. The controller of data received through the website is Nikita Shaklein, the rights holder of n7kel.

2. Cookies, counters and analytics
2.1. The website does not set cookies and does not use visitor counters, web analytics systems, advertising tags or any other means of tracking visitors.
2.2. The website has no forms that collect personal data. The website does not store visitor data in the browser for tracking purposes.
2.3. The website’s fonts are hosted on the website itself; no third-party services are contacted when pages are viewed.
2.4. The website’s hosting provider may keep standard technical web server logs (IP address, time and URL of the request) to ensure the operation and security of the website. The controller does not use these logs to identify visitors.
3. Inquiries by e-mail and phone
3.1. If you send an e-mail or call, the controller receives the data you provide yourself: your name, position, organization, contact details and the content of your inquiry.
3.2. This data is used only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare the requested materials or a proposal. It is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes, is not used for mailings without your consent, and is not sold.
3.3. Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for subsequent business interaction, and is then deleted at your request or once it is no longer needed.
3.4. Camera recordings and other materials that a client provides for a report or a pilot are processed under a separate non-disclosure agreement, not under this policy.
3.5. The legal basis for processing inquiry data is your request and the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to it and in conducting business correspondence.
4. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to:
- find out whether your data is being processed and which data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data that is no longer needed to respond to your inquiry;
- withdraw your consent to processing and object to it;
- lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority of your country.

5. Data protection
The controller takes organizational and technical measures to protect inquiry data from unauthorized access, alteration and destruction. Only the controller has access to the correspondence.
6. Changes to this policy
The controller may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with its effective date.
