The n7kel product line

Seven products built on n7kel’s own AI cover security, cash control, service quality and data work. They can be deployed separately or together as a single system: events from cameras, checkouts, turnstiles and microphones come together in a common data platform. Everything runs on the client’s equipment.

What the line includes

n7kel Vakhta and n7kel Fuel Station Control are already used in projects for fuel networks, and n7kel Access solutions in current projects for multi-specialty hospitals. The other products are assembled for the client’s task on the same technology base.

One system

How the products work together

Each product solves its own task, but all of them are built on the same n7kel AI and the same data model. That is why events do not stay in separate windows.

  • n7kel Vakhta, n7kel Antifraud and n7kel Access record what happens at the checkout, at posts and at entrances;
  • n7kel Voice adds what was said to an event, and n7kel Flow adds what was happening with the visitor flow;
  • n7kel Fuel Station Control collects the operations of a station network;
  • n7kel Atlas brings it all together: it links people, vehicles, events, places and times, keeps cases and distributes tasks between teams.

What the line is built on

  • 01

    Our own AI, no foreign dependence

    Recognition is performed by n7kel AI on the client’s equipment. No foreign cloud AI services, external APIs or subscriptions are used, and no data is transferred abroad.

  • 02

    AI trained for your tasks

    New actions, objects, uniforms, procedures and scenarios — we train n7kel AI further on examples from your site.

  • 03

    Integration with anything

    POS systems, ERP and 1C, access control, security monitoring consoles, databases, file exchange, message buses, legacy systems, and government databases under an agreement.

  • 04

    Works with your existing cameras

    n7kel AI is trained and tested on ordinary 2D images, so the cameras you already have are suitable. 3D cameras are supported too, if they are already on site or the task requires them.

  • 05

    Your data stays with you

    All data stays with the client, is confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where expressly provided for by the agreement and the law. Any restrictions you need are put in place at your request.

  • 06

    24/7 support

    The support team accepts requests around the clock, seven days a week. Response times by priority are set in the contract.

Personal data

One set of rules for all products

  • recognition of visitors and customers is off by default; it is enabled only by the client’s decision, as a separate module, and only on a lawful basis;
  • the lawful basis is the person’s consent (patient check-in by appointment, bank customers in n7kel Flow) or an agreement with the authorized government bodies (checks against wanted lists);
  • employees are identified only with their written consent;
  • the client is the personal data controller; all data stays with the client, is confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where expressly provided for by the agreement and the law;
  • any restrictions needed — cameras, zones, modules, retention periods, access rights — are set at the client’s request;
  • the final legal assessment of how the system is used is made by the client’s lawyer.

Getting started

How to start

  1. Task

    Tell us what needs to be controlled and where money, time or safety are being lost.

  2. Site survey

    We study the sites, cameras, POS, access control, accounting systems and the security department’s requirements.

  3. Solution scope

    We propose products, modules, integrations and, if needed, further AI training for your scenarios.

  4. Pilot

    2–4 weeks at 1–2 sites, with a report in figures against criteria agreed before the start.

  5. Deployment and support

    Scaling, staff training, 24/7 support and updates under the contract.

Let’s build a solution for your site

Describe your task, and we will propose a product set and a pilot format. The price is determined after the site survey.
